Grace Automotive website homepage: Fixed Right The First Time

The brief

What this project needed.

Grace Automotive had been fixing cars in Chicago since 1981, but their website wasn't bringing in the customers their reputation deserved. The shop needed a web presence that could compete for local searches across every service they offer, from oil changes to engine work.

NVIL rebuilt the site from a blank file: an 18-page architecture with a dedicated page for each service, a blog system for ongoing content, and live integrations that keep the site current without anyone lifting a finger.

The build

What we shipped.

  • 18-page local SEO architecture. A dedicated, keyword-targeted page for every service the shop offers, plus a blog system for ongoing content.
  • Live Google Reviews. Real customer reviews pulled onto the site automatically through a custom serverless integration. No copy-pasting, no stale testimonials.
  • Instagram Reels feed. The shop's latest Reels stream straight onto the site through the Instagram API, keeping the homepage alive with fresh content.
  • Live open and closed status. The site knows the shop's hours and shows visitors whether the doors are open right now.
  • 301 redirect strategy. Every old URL redirects cleanly to its new home, preserving decades of link equity and search rankings.
  • Dark and light mode. A modern touch matched to the shop's brand in both themes.
